Nate is the NCIS' operational psychologist. He mentaly prepares agents before and after missions. during season one he wanted to be a agent for NCIS but in the episode "Chinatown" the team told forget about it. He profiles the targets, getting into peoples heads and manipulate them. He only apears in some episodes.
