Henriquetta Lange ( Hetty)

She is the  OP's manager at NCIS, Los Angeles Departement. She has a special care for G. Callen and a maternal instint for all her agents. Hetty is easlily afected by the death of her agents or failed op's and she turned in her demission letter but she was stoped by G. Callen. She has a misterious but kind personality. She is a highy professional former NCIS agent who is very resected and known around the Intellegence world and some consider her a mith like in the episode about Matt Driscoll where a FBI agent was actually "scared" to talk to Hetty on the phone! And who could forget her big passion... TEA!
